Had great experience at Shelor this morning. Did everything I asked without hesitation to service, state inspect and install new tires on my Wrangler Safari. With Covid a concern, agent arranged for me to await service completion inside a rental vehicle rather than the waiting room. Finished the entire job in 1/2 hr better time than initially advised and provided free car wash coupon.

Problem with TirePressure sensor determined. Conducted MOPAR TPS analysis, isolated the bad sensor, replaced it and programmed the new sensor. Total time from arrival for appointment until departure 3 hours and 20 minutes. Not particularly excessive, but wasn’t kept updated after the problem was identified. I’m am aware that there was a high volume of business today. I will be back.

I went to Shelor Motor Mile to have an oil change it was very windy and cold that day but instead of us sitting outside in the cold they had cars waiting for us to sit in I thought that was a very kind and thoughtful my appointment was an hour-and-a-half behind even though I made an appointment but that was okay since I didn't have to sit out in the cold
Staff were friendly and assisted me with my vehicle related repairs. The whole process went fairly well and was easier than I expected. They did require a few extra precautions due to COVID-19 but they were not overly inconvenient.
